We understand that reliability is top of our customers minds when choosing a service partner. Gordon Russell has been operating in the industrial space for over 90 years, we understand reliability and have designed our service department around this. Service Trucks are dispatched daily from any one of our facilities reaching every corner of British Columbia, Alberta and Western Saskatchewan. The goal of our field services is to do proactive maintenance and repairs. Our preventative maintenance plans are designed to ensure all lubricants and filters are changed at intervals that match your duty cycle, during each preventative maintenance service a complete Service Evaluation is performed. This Service Evaluation (inspection) gives clients a current status of their machine, complete with suggested repairs. In the instance when your machine unexpectedly goes down our qualified technicians and fully stocked service trucks arrive onsite with a purpose of getting your Railcar Mover up and running as quickly as possible.
