Service is the daily heartbeat of our operation, whether it’s our field techs working overtime until your machine is up or performing a routine preventative maintenance service our field services ensure your machine is safe, reliable and maintained to OEM standards. In our shops we typically have multiple repairs/overhauls underway; from a quick 1 week repair job to multi month full overhauls. While we focus on the brands we represent, we have the capability to work on most brands of Railcar Movers, Gearboxes and Clutches/Brakes.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

By entering into formal maintenance agreements for your railcar mover the relationship becomes a partnership. Proven to increase reliability and uptime of your railcar mover, a properly executed maintenance plan is invaluable. In the instance your machine is down, we back up our maintenance customers with priority after-hour services and rental machines.

Power Transmission Services

Gearing - From large legacy worm gearing, to efficient Planetary and Helical gearing our Service Team makes your gearbox as good as new, typically saving time and money vs a new gearbox.

Clutches/Brakes - With direct factory access for most clutch/brake technologies; Caliper, Water-cooled, spring applied, constricting we have to expertise and resources to bring your clutch/brake back to like-new condition.
